Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for product personalization, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) to enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into scalable products.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, particularly in Gen-AI, NLP, and computer vision, and propose innovative solutions.
- Document methodologies, experiments, and results for stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on AI-enabled products.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, Stable Diffusion, or similar frameworks).
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
