Join Vertiv as a Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization’s most critical assets. In this dynamic position, you will lead the charge in monitoring, investigating, and mitigating data loss risks and policy violations across our global systems. Leveraging cutting-edge DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, and Netskope, you will ensure compliance with data protection regulations while enhancing our security posture.

Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze data flows across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments to detect and prevent unauthorized data exfiltration.
- Investigate and resolve DLP alerts, incidents, and policy violations with a focus on root cause analysis and remediation.
- Develop, configure, and optimize DLP policies and rules using Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, and Netskope to align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, HIPAA).
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive security measures.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on data security best practices and DLP policies.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track DLP performance metrics, trends, and compliance status.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and industry trends by researching new DLP technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific DLP certifications) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention, Information Security, or Cybersecurity, with hands-on expertise in DLP solutions.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, or Netskope in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and access control principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, PDPA, ISO 27001, or NIST and their implications for data protection.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
