Responsibility
- Lead change management initiatives for digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define change strategies and implementation plans.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for system rollouts.
- Develop and deliver training programs, communication plans, and user documentation to support change adoption.
- Monitor and report on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and project milestones using KPIs and metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and address resistance to change.
- Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational change management frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, or project coordination, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess process gaps and propose data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and end-users.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments, with proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Trello.
