Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering project management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive project success and team performance.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the engineering or ICT sector, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools is a plus.
