Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced communication systems, vehicle electronics, and electro-optical subsystems.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure system compatibility, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and system architecture planning for defense and commercial applications.
- Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in systems engineering, electronics, and defense applications to drive innovation.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on communication systems, vehicle electronics, or electro-optical subsystems.
- Proven expertise in system design, integration, and testing for defense, aerospace, or industrial applications.
- Strong proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) and modeling/simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
- Experience with embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and hardware-software co-design.
- Familiarity with military standards (MIL-STD), DO-178C, or ISO 26262 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work in a global, multicultural environment.
