Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze user needs and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance, scalability, and security.
- Document software development processes, including code, APIs, and system architectures.
- Participate in agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development, project engineering, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, React) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
