Responsibility
- Update and maintain sales and Account Officer (AO) data in monitoring systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Audit and verify the completeness of databases, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Consolidate and integrate local distributor databases into centralized systems for unified reporting.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data governance and security.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, visually compelling formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, database management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with ETL processes, data cleaning, and database integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
