Responsibility
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Design and implement ServiceNow dashboards and reports to support business operations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics for performance tracking.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical outputs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in ServiceNow or related analytics tools is a plus.
