Responsibility
- Analyze OTC and AR data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize key metrics.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align reporting with business objectives and improve cash flow management.
- Monitor collections performance, aging reports, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) to recommend corrective actions.
- Automate manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and implementing quality control measures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in financial analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with a focus on OTC/AR processes.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
