Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to present insights clearly.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define KPIs and metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes using Python, SQL, or R to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Generate actionable recommendations based on data insights to optimize business performance and drive growth.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing validation checks and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, subqueries) and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and programming languages (Python, R).
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
