Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales by promoting products, handling transactions, and achieving daily/weekly targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by arranging displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in cashier duties, including processing payments, handling returns, and balancing the register.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in training or guiding team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Passion for the health and beauty industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or management are a plus.
