Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
- Replenish and organize stock to ensure products are readily available and displays are visually appealing.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in promotional activities and in-store events to drive customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
