Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of telemarketing and retail associates to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing product consultations, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and sales conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM and internal systems.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and skincare innovations to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, telemarketing, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales, team management, and achieving performance targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
