Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior customer assistants, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Drive sales by promoting Watsons’ products, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Ensure store presentation standards are maintained, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
- Support store operations, including cashier duties, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of beauty, health, or wellness products is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
