Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on health and beauty products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Drive sales by recommending products and promoting ongoing campaigns or loyalty programs.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by restocking shelves, monitoring product availability, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service standards and team performance.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
  • Ensure store presentation meets brand standards, including cleanliness, product displays, and signage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, preferably in health/beauty.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
  • Passion for the health and beauty industry with up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Leadership skills to guide and support junior team members.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
