Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on health and beauty products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Drive sales by recommending products and promoting ongoing campaigns or loyalty programs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by restocking shelves, monitoring product availability, and reporting discrepancies.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service standards and team performance.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards, including cleanliness, product displays, and signage.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and achieve store targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, preferably in health/beauty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Passion for the health and beauty industry with up-to-date product knowledge.
- Leadership skills to guide and support junior team members.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
