Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Drive sales through promotional activities, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in training new hires and conducting on-the-job coaching for team members.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team supervision or mentoring.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products with a keen eye for trends.
