Responsibility

- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

- Promote Watsons membership programs and ongoing promotions to drive customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash handling abilities for accurate transaction processing.
