Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all shoppers, assisting with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including beauty, health, and wellness items, to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
