Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead by example in sales achievement, meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Ensure store presentation standards are maintained, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor junior staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold company values.
- Handle cashier duties, including transactions, refunds, and inventory management with accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement operational improvements and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or senior customer service role.
- Proven track record in sales and customer engagement within the beauty, health, or FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching or training team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Passion for the health and beauty industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
