Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are well-presented and available.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and inventory.
