Responsibility
- Promote Kredivo's financial products and services to customers at assigned merchant locations.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Kredivo's payment solutions and assist with account registrations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Kredivo's customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to encourage adoption of Kredivo services.
- Stay updated on Kredivo's product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions and fintech products.
- Willingness to travel to various merchant locations in Bali.
- No history of late payments on Kredivo accounts (if applicable).
