Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability across assigned stores.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all store operations.

- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
