Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior customer assistants, ensuring they meet performance and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Promote sales and special offers to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
