Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and inventory management.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive sales by promoting products, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new team members and conducting on-the-job coaching.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the health and beauty sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or supervising a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are advantageous.
