Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and inventory management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Drive sales by promoting products, loyalty programs, and special offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training new team members and conducting on-the-job coaching.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the health and beauty sector.
