Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding their appointments, preparations, and follow-up care.
- Maintain patient records and update scheduling systems with precision.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless appointment coordination.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
- Adhere to healthcare compliance standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
