Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.

Qualifications
