Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics to meet and exceed targets.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- No prior customer service experience neededâwe provide full training!
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
