Responsibility

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on customer service, communication skills, and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and participant progress.

Qualifications
