Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the collections team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of collections processes to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of collections operations.
- Collaborate with team leaders to provide feedback and training to collections agents based on audit findings.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and trends in collections activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all collections processes.
- Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collections activities.
- Provide support and guidance to the collections team to resolve complex issues and improve customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, collections, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to collections is a plus.
