Luminary Coastal Lounge, Bali's premier destination for sunset cocktails and high-end hospitality, is seeking a visionary Senior Craft Bartender to join our award-winning team. We are looking for a liquid artist who doesn't just pour drinks but crafts unforgettable sensory experiences for an international clientele.

Responsibility
- Design and execute a seasonal cocktail menu featuring innovative techniques and local Indonesian ingredients.
- Provide personalized, high-touch service to luxury travelers and local regulars, maintaining a professional yet charismatic presence.
- Maintain impeccable bar organization, hygiene, and inventory management according to international health standards.
- Mentor and train junior bar staff on classic cocktail recipes, garnishing techniques, and service etiquette.
- Manage bar-side POS transactions and daily reconciliation with absolute accuracy.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique food-pairing experiences.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure premium quality spirits and fresh produce.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-end cocktail bars, 5-star hotels, or luxury beach clubs.
- Exceptional knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and contemporary mixology trends.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage for our international demographic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a 'guest-first' mindset and the ability to handle high-pressure shifts.
- Valid certification in Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Legal ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (WNI preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
