Responsibility
- Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply orders to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, including sales data, incidents, and team performance.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
