Responsibility
- Conduct detailed cost analysis for manufacturing processes, materials, and overheads to ensure accurate costing models.
- Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns and reports for management review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate cost data and financial insights.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to cost accounting systems and methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial projections and business cases for new projects or product lines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or cost engineering, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience with cost accounting principles, pricing strategies, and budgeting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial data clearly.
- Certification in Cost Accounting (e.g., CMA, CIMA) or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
