Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for logistics projects.
- Monitor project expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies to support investment decisions and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization, vendor negotiations, and waste reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize cost engineering software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CCE, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering, financial analysis, or project controls, preferably in logistics, construction, or manufacturing.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics, procurement, or contract management is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
