Based in vibrant locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this contract position offers a competitive salary of ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month. Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Monitor building automation systems and troubleshoot technical malfunctions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and improve facility operations.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mall, retail, or property management industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation technologies.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English for reporting and coordination.
