Responsibility
- Develop and execute Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) test plans for server, storage, and communication products.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of high-speed digital and analog circuits.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of engineering challenges.
- Analyze test data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in signal integrity and high-speed design.
- Optimize test processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in signal integrity testing, high-speed digital design, or related areas.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Strong knowledge of SI/PI principles, PCB design, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, MATLAB) for test automation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
