Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within commercial properties.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with property management teams to plan and execute building upgrades and renovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed as a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mall, retail, or property management industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
