Responsibility
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Design, implement, and optimize production workflows, layout planning, and material handling systems for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct time-motion studies and work measurement analyses to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy automation and digitalization strategies in manufacturing processes.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) in all engineering projects.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices in industrial engineering and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and equipment to support scalable and sustainable manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), simulation tools (e.g., FlexSim), and data analysis (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or PMP are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
