Responsibility
- Prepare and cook nutritious, well-balanced meals for students and staff in accordance with dietary guidelines.

- Develop and update menus to ensure variety, nutritional value, and cost-effectiveness.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Monitor food supplies and place orders to avoid shortages while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with school administration to address dietary restrictions and special meal requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or Senior Cook, preferably in an institutional or school setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to plan and execute menus for large groups while maintaining quality and budget.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
