Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while minimizing commercial and operational risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor contract performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for high-value or complex contracts.
- Facilitate dispute resolution and claims management, ensuring amicable and cost-effective outcomes.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CCM) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in construction or infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in negotiating high-value contracts (IDR 500M+ or equivalent) with developers, contractors, and government entities.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, FIDIC standards, and international construction contracts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, Ariba), and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and travel to project sites as needed.
