Responsibility
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of pathologists, technicians, and support staff.
- Provide expert diagnostic services, including histological, cytological, and molecular pathology analyses.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality assurance measures to ensure accurate and timely diagnostics.
- Mentor and train junior pathologists, residents, and medical students.
- Conduct and oversee research projects, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate pathology findings into patient care plans.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pathology and implement innovative techniques and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in pathology practice.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pathology.
- Board certification in Pathology or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical pathology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in research, with publications in reputable medical journals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
