Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s healthcare market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to drive adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, medical conferences, and product launches.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare commercial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare landscape and existing professional networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
