Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth telemedicine operations, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in patient care coordination, ensuring timely and accurate communication between patients, doctors, and support staff.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including managing supplies, maintaining records, and adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor telemedicine projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update patient databases and electronic health records (EHR) with precision and compliance.
- Support the development and execution of operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on telemedicine best practices and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
