Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in polyclinics and private clinics, adhering to established medical protocols and standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews, vital signs monitoring, and symptom evaluation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring continuity of treatment.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment, and report shortages or malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in polyclinics, private clinics, or hospital settings (Senior Staff Nurse: 5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
