Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align on design, technical specifications, and execution.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions to resolve delays or deviations.
- Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and material sourcing to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Bali.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community partners to facilitate smooth project approvals and handovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and tools like BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract administration (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multicultural teams and high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED AP are preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant asset.
