Responsibility
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from mobilization to turnover, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project deliverables and resolve issues
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Verify billing accuracy, manage cost controls, and ensure financial transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safety protocols are followed on all project sites
- Prepare and present progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status updates
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
