Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor budget expenditures and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including material shortages, design conflicts, or labor disputes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage and mentor construction teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors for materials, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (S1 Teknik Arsitektur preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supervising luxury residential or commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Bali.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Badung or surrounding areas (priority given to candidates based in Bali).
