Responsibility
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to deliver projects efficiently.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including client updates, progress reports, and conflict resolution.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and maintain project profitability.
- Drive sustainability initiatives by incorporating eco-friendly materials and practices into construction processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or Procore).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
