Responsibility
- Create detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for commercial projects using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to produce technically sound documentation for permits and construction.
- Coordinate with on-site teams to address discrepancies and provide solutions that maintain design integrity.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and client requirements in Bali and Indonesia.
- Manage documentation revisions and updates based on feedback from stakeholders and site conditions.
- Develop shop drawings and as-built documentation for post-construction deliverables.
- Maintain organized project files and version control to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction documentation for commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other CAD/BIM tools. Knowledge of Navisworks is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce error-free, high-quality drawings.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building standards is a plus.
