Responsibility
- Develop detailed architectural designs and blueprints for renovation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and local regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate structural integrity, spatial constraints, and feasibility of proposed designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to integrate technical and aesthetic elements seamlessly.
- Prepare and present 3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes to clients for approval.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Bali’s building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Source and recommend high-quality, locally available materials that balance cost, durability, and design.
- Provide post-construction support, including defect liability inspections and client handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; licensed architect (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on renovation projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing renovation, adaptive reuse, or residential/commercial design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Indonesian building regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
