As a Senior Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Bali. Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to construction, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to refine project scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Research and integrate sustainable and locally appropriate materials into designs to enhance environmental and cultural relevance.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and skill-sharing team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and zoning laws in Bali and Indonesia.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with clear, compelling visuals and narratives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s architectural styles, climate considerations, and local regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
