Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework aligned with local (OJK, BI) and international regulations (e.g., FATF, AML/CFT).
- Design and execute monitoring programs to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify compliance vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches, documenting findings and proposing remedial measures.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures to authorities (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide compliance training and advisory support to employees across all departments.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and audit teams to ensure a unified approach to governance and risk management.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices, updating internal policies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within the financial services sector (banking, asset management, or fintech).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) and international standards (e.g., Basel III, AML/CFT).
- Proven ability to design and implement compliance programs, including monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with experience in conducting compliance reviews and audits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
